Betty started her real estate career in 1972, and opened Lakeland Realty in 1983. A member of the Million Dollar Club over 30 years in a row, Betty has the expertise and thorough knowledge of Muskoka to be able to assist you with a full range of real estate needs.

Licenced in real estate since 1980, Dwayne became a Broker in 1983, and is a past member of the Muskoka Real Estate Board’s Professional Standards Committee. A Muskoka resident with 27 years of local knowledge, and an award winning agent active in residential, recreational and condominium sales, with hundreds of satisfied customers.

Terry acquired his real estate license in 1978. Specializing in recreational and waterfront properties, Terry has a unique understanding of Muskoka vacation homes/cottages, and can provide viewings by land or by water.

Sherry started her career as Administrator at Lakeland in 1983, and obtained her license in 1988. She has won the Top Producer Award for Lakeland, and has Million Dollar Club status.

Doug is looking forward to serving you in the Muskoka lakes region, where he has spent weekends and holidays since he was a child. He is the third generation "Kinsman" to call Muskoka their second home, so he is very familiar with the area. Doug's experience building cottages on the lake gives him an added advantage when looking for quality vacation property. He can be counted on for solving problems with creative ideas.
